LupCode takes intellectual property matters very seriously and is committed to meeting the needs of content owners and helping them manage the publication of their content online. It should be noted that LupCode is an information portal for competitions that refers to third-party websites.
All content on these third party websites is the responsibility of these websites and not of LupCode. We do not know whether or not content on third party websites is authorized by the content owner as it is a matter between the website that hosts the content and the content owner. LupCode does not host any third party content on its servers or in the network.
LupCode is a pro DMCA website. Therefore, content owners can use the DMCA protocol to request removal of links to third party content that they believe may be infringing their copyright.
Content owners need to understand that removing a link from LupCode is not removing the actual source from a third-party website. Content owners must contact the hosting site themselves to request removal.
We only accept requests to remove individual links.
These should have the following format:
http:///...
If you would like to request multiple link removals please use only one DMCA notice but list all URLs in that request.
